Yes we can. You need to advise your insurer that WRM is your nominated rehabilitation provider for return to work and that you would like all claims transferred to us for case management.

iCare is the NSW workers compensation insurer to whom you pay your premiums. EML manage new claims. We are a rehabilitation provider and our role in the scheme is to manage the worker’s return to work so that they resume work in a timely and safe manner.

We will embed ourselves into your business so we can partner with you and provide early intervention as soon as an injury occurs. This will reduce your workers compensation costs significantly.

They may still be entitled to compensation however we always liaise closely with the insurer to make sure that they fully investigate liability for the injury. If liability is accepted, then we will get the employee back to work so that the injury does not effect your bottom line.

Yes, we can provide reports outlining the current state of your claims, nature of injuries reported, WHS policies and procedures and any gaps we see which need to be addressed.

You will have a primary consultant who will be your main point of contact and will get to know your business and your people well. WRM’s flat management structure means that you will always have direct access to senior staff and decision makers, including the owner of the business.

We have consultants in all capital cities and many regional areas so it is likely we can assist you in most areas.

We can provide you with an analysis of your injury statistics and a gap analysis of your WHS system which you can use to improve your WHS and risk management systems.

Yes we have a suite of training programs which are tailored to suit your specific requirements.

Yes, we will conduct a driving assessment of their needs and capacity and then develop a program to help them return to driving.
